Partner With Us
AMCAI works with businesses, foundations and individuals who want their support to land somewhere specific. Every sponsorship is directed at a named project, and you choose which one.
We are a young organization — our IRS determination was issued in March 2024 — so we would rather be plain about what we can and cannot promise than oversell. Nothing below is a fixed menu: recognition, naming and publicity are discussed and agreed with you in advance, in writing, before anything is promised or published.
Sponsorship levels
These levels are set by our board. The recognition listed against each is indicative of what that level typically supports.
- Bronze — $350. Name listed on our website.
- Silver — $500. Logo in selected print materials.
- Gold — $1,500. Recognition at events.
- Platinum — $2,500. Banner display.
- Aviator Elite — $5,000. Logo across our materials.
- Founders Circle — $10,000 and above. Premium recognition, including logo placement on an aircraft.
A note on aircraft livery. Logo placement on an aircraft is conditional. AMCAI does not currently own a flying aircraft. That benefit depends on either the successful acquisition of a donated or sponsored trainer, or the successful restoration of our 1947 Navion — neither of which is secured, and neither of which has a committed date. We will say so plainly at the time rather than let a sponsor assume otherwise.
Sponsorship does not have to be cash
- Equipment. Aircraft, marine equipment, engines, avionics, tools, laptops, lab hardware. Each project’s current needs are listed on our projects page.
- Services. Maintenance and inspection time, technical oversight, transport, storage, hangar or ramp space.
- Employee mentoring. Your engineers, pilots, mechanics or technologists working alongside students.
- Underwriting a phase. Funding one costed stage of a project rather than the whole thing — the Navion condition assessment, for example.
Choose where it goes
Our current projects are the Flying STEM Lab, the Ultralight Cross-Country Challenge, the Floating STEM Lab, the 1947 Navion restoration, student outdoor and conservation equipment, and the innovation and emerging-technology lab. Each has a specific list of what it needs on the projects page.

How to start a conversation
Email admin@amcai.org, or use our contact form and choose “Corporate sponsorship”. Either route reaches the people coordinating our campaigns directly.
Tell us roughly what you have in mind and which project interests you, and we will come back with what that would actually fund and what recognition we can commit to. If we cannot do something, we will say so.
The practical details

On tax treatment: sponsorship is not the same as an unconditional donation. Where a sponsor receives benefits in return, that can affect the deductible portion. We will not advise you on this — please consult your own tax adviser before making a sponsorship commitment.
We do not offer exclusivity, and we do not make claims about how many people will see your logo. What we can offer is a specific project, an honest account of what your support paid for, and students who can tell you themselves what they built.
